1Acceptance of Terms

By initiating any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that the funds are legally yours and are not derived from any criminal or illegal activity.

Deposit conditions

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. No platform-level maximum deposit applies, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited upon confirmation from the relevant payment service provider. mv777 is not responsible for delays caused by the provider's systems.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5Account Security and Player Conduct

Your security responsibilities

7Intellectual Property

8Limitation of Liability

Without limiting the foregoing, mv777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its content, including loss of funds while the Platform is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, whether or not foreseeable and whether or not mv777 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software defects in third-party provider systems. In the event of a known game error, mv777 will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith, which may involve voiding affected game rounds and returning staked funds.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including loss arising from sharing login credentials with a third party.

9Account Suspension and Termination

mv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a Player's account, and to withhold and/or confiscate any balance in that account, in the following illustrative circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the age eligibility requirement, the one-account rule, or the prohibited conduct provisions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal or irregular activity connected to the account.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by a Player or their payment service provider without prior notification to and resolution with mv777.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal demand requiring mv777 to freeze or close the account.

Upon account termination, any verified balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.

10Governing Law, Disputes, and Amendments

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mv777 operates. Any dispute between a Player and mv777 arising in connection with these Terms or any aspect of the Platform shall first be referred to mv777 customer support for informal resolution. We encourage Players to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of disputes are resolved more quickly through direct communication than through formal proceedings.
